Support the House
With the start of a new year, funds are needed to keep the Chapter House in working order and safe for our members.

After an assesment completed by the Corporation Board members, the following projects need to be completed.

  1. Upgrade the domestic water serice entrance to support the addition of a fire sprinkler system.
  2. Installation of a fire sprinkler system
  3. Remodel the electrical systems for the entire house.
  4. New rubber roof on the Sun Room and Bum Room.
  5. New commercial kitchen stove.
  6. New water heater and water storage tank.
  7. Demolish and rebuild the old keg room.
  8. Air condition the dinning room, kitchen, bum room, and the chapter room.
  9. Add french doors to the dining room so it can be closed off for a study room.
  10. Add windows/doorway for means of egress on the west end of the dining room.
  11. Tuck-point and recaulking of the entire exterior masonry construction.
  12. Install 1.5" of #11 asphalt paving on the parking lot.
  13. Implement a security sytem for the house.
