After an assesment completed by the Corporation Board members, the following projects need to be completed.
- Upgrade the domestic water serice entrance to support the addition of a fire sprinkler system.
- Installation of a fire sprinkler system
- Remodel the electrical systems for the entire house.
- New rubber roof on the Sun Room and Bum Room.
- New commercial kitchen stove.
- New water heater and water storage tank.
- Demolish and rebuild the old keg room.
- Air condition the dinning room, kitchen, bum room, and the chapter room.
- Add french doors to the dining room so it can be closed off for a study room.
- Add windows/doorway for means of egress on the west end of the dining room.
- Tuck-point and recaulking of the entire exterior masonry construction.
- Install 1.5" of #11 asphalt paving on the parking lot.
- Implement a security sytem for the house.
